About Event:
The First International Conference on Advanced Engineering and
Technology for Sustainable Development (ICAETSD 2015) is held in the beautiful
city of Coimbatore, India. It aims at providing a platform for researchers,
engineers, academics and industrial professionals to present their recent
research work and to explore future trends in various areas of engineering and
technology. ICAETSD 2015 will feature plenary speeches, industrial panel
sessions, funding agency panel sessions, poster session, and invited/special
sessions. Contributions are expected from academia, industry and government
agencies. ICAETSD 2015is technically sponsored by the IEEE. All articles will
undergo a rigorous review process. Conference content will be submitted for
inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I)
databases. Extended version of selected papers will be recommended for
publication in special issues in refereed journals.

“Green Technologies for Global Economic and Social Development”
Engineers have been contributing to human progress by solving complex challenges on a global scale. Many of these challenges are found in developing and emerging markets, particularly relate to critical amenities such as access to energy, clean water, effective sanitation and healthcare. Rapid population growth and the global pursuit of sustainability are creating new demands for Engineers, who can design products, services and infrastructure to improve the quality of life for the billions living in poverty. Green Technologies for Global Economic and Social Development enhances the multidisciplinary research and collaboration for emerging technologies by reducing energy consumption and replacing classical energy with alternate green energy in an economic manner for the social development. The International Conference on Advanced Engineering and Technology for Sustainable Development (AETSD 2015) will present a platform that focuses on the critical research issues for the global development and it will create a positive impact around the world.
