They develop new high performance microcontroller with new complex and enhanced in-built peripherals. At present PIC microcontroller are widely used for industrial purposes due to its high performance ability at low power consumption.

PIC is popular with industrial developers due microcontroller to their low cost, wide availability and extensive collection of application notes, availability of low cost or free development tools, serial programming & USB capability. These ranges of controllers are capable of integrating with new age communication protocols.
