For Group dance, max 4 girls
allowed per group & 1 group/college are permitted.
2. For Solo dance/ Singing/ Rangoli/ Mehandi and Elocution competitions, only 1 participant/college is permitted.
3. For Dance/ singing, max. song duration is 4 minutes.
4. For Rangoli/Mehandi, allowed duration is 2 hours. For Rangoli, participants will have to bring the colour kolam powders.
6. For Elocution, max speech duration is 4 minutes. Topics:
Tamil: பெண்கள், பணமில்லா பரிவர்த்தனை \ டிஜிட்டல் இந்தியா மூலம்பயனடைந்தனரா
English: Are we, Women benefited by Demonetization/Digital India/ Cashless Transactions
2. For Solo dance/ Singing/ Rangoli/ Mehandi and Elocution competitions, only 1 participant/college is permitted.
