About Event:
Aptitude is basically defined as an innate, learned or acquired
ability of an individual to perform certain tasks. Aptitude tests are of
paramount importance to prospective job seekers in today’s competitive job
market. The statistics reveal that 70 percent of world’s recruitment companies
use aptitude test as a part of their recruitment procedure. Beforehand
preparation is very important, as the saying goes ‘practice makes a man
perfect’.
