Programme Objectives
The broad objectives of Faculty Development Programme on Industrial Hydraulics and Pneumatics are:
1. To enhance effectiveness of the faculty members while providing better learning outcomes to their students
2. To discuss the basic principles of fluid power, and to introduce concepts useful in the day-today applications and troubleshooting of fluid power components
3. To expose the participating faculty members to the construction and function of the components in fluid power control systems through cut section of various elements
4. To equip the faculty members with the latest tools and techniques for effective teaching learning process and training them through animation and simulation softwares
5. To design, size and troubleshoot fluid power circuits
6. To identify and use control schematics in fluid power systems and understand interfacing PLCs to control fluid power systems.

the Faculty Development Programme.
