About Event:
Moral Values, Ethics, Behavioral Sciences & Attitude are
essential for positive human behavior. Education from time immemorial has
focused on values. Values form the core of educational goals and objectives.
Education is inherently values oriented and must develop in learners caring,
co-operation and respect for others. In addition to equipping the learners with
life skills and attitudes, it must prepare them to lead a full life. It is
apparent that Values Education is an area that needs to be highlighted as it
holds the key to real and meaningful education. In this regard the FDP indented
to give exercises to the teachers to empower the students to enrich the nation.
In a context of focused attention upon Moral, Values, Ethics, Behavioral Sciences & Attitude education, this proposed FDP aimed to reinforce Values Education by (a) Exploring pre-service teachers’ perceptions of the morals, values, ethics, and character education delivered during their higher education course (b) Discussing the positive relationship between meaningful higher education and students values and behavior in the workplace and (c) Addressing certain misnomers and ambiguities about what values are, how are these acquired and what helps in internalization of values.

The FDP
Scheme is open to all those persons working in industry, AICTE approved
institute academicians, scholars, practitioners, policymakers in teaching,
research, and related services.
Accommodation
Details:
The FDP is
fully residential and participants are required to stay in the furnished accommodation
on campus.Participants will dine at the students mess which offers a mix of
north & south Indian food
