The following topics will be covered in the workshop.
1. Basics of Neural Networks
2. Feed Forward Networks.
3. Back propagation
4. Basics of Computer Vision
5. Basics of Machine Learning
6. Convolution Networks Networks.
7. Image Classification with Pretrained models.
8. Feature Extraction from Pretrained CNN models.
9. State of the art CNN Models for image classification.
10. Two to three real time use cases such as face recognition in video using pretrained cnn models, digit recognition and emotion recognition.
All the above topics will be covered with following python libraries.
1. OpenCV
2. Numpy
3. Keras with backend TensorFlow
4. Scikit-Image
5. Scikit-Learn.
About the Resource Person
Mohanraj. V has 5 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Image Processing and Video Analytics. He is currently working as Data Scientist in Cognitive Analytics CoE at HCL Technologies Limited, Chennai and also he submitted his Ph.D. thesis in the area of deep learning and computer vision.
He has published 10 research papers in international journal and conferences and conducted more than five workshop in the area of computer vision, machine learning and deep learning.
