About Event:
Safe Cities and Cyber Security are hot button issues, in both
the public and private sector. The rate of urbanization has moved cities to
adopt and implement “Smart City” programmes. Innovative solutions and
technologies are much sought after to ensure that security risks in cities are
minimized. The limited or lack of understanding of such innovations will lead
to improper implementation and execution of the ensuring that a smart city is
safe. This programme focuses on providing cyber security solutions for real
time streams. The objectives of the workshop are:
• To expose the faculty and researchers of all Engineering departments to the latest developments in the field of cyber forensics.
• To provide Hands on training on the state of the art methods and tools in Internet of Everything (IoE) security.
• To foster Research and Development activities on IoT application development.
• To come out with novel ideas to apply simplified suitable algorithms for IoE industry applications.
• To expose the faculty and researchers of all Engineering departments to the latest developments in the field of cyber forensics.
