About Event:
The nation’s potential for thriving economically hinge on the
competence of its manufacturing industry and it also directly influences the
people’s livelihood. Emerging technologies can have game-changing impacts on
manufacturing models, approaches, concepts, and even businesses. Artificial
Intelligence (AI) plays an essential role in Intelligent Manufacturing Systems
(IMS) by providing typical features such as learning, reasoning, and acting.
With the use of AI technology, human involvement in an IMS can be minimized and
increase in productivity. For example, materials and production compositions
can be arranged automatically, and production processes and manufacturing
operations can be monitored and controlled in real-time. It is a new
manufacturing model that significantly impacts the entire product life cycle
can be facilitated using smart sensors, adaptive decision-making models,
intelligent devices, and data analytics
