Signal processing, Embedded Systems and Communication
Technologies is a fertile source with challenging research problems globally
for many years. The National Conference on “Innovations in Signal Processing,
Embedded Systems & Communication Technology” (SPECT ‘15) helps in solving
these problems and makes us to broaden our discourse on these topics. This
conference discusses about the convergence of technologies with research on
fundamental problems in the concerned arena and offers new beginnings for the
adventurous researchers and scholars. It also provides a forum for scientific
debate and constructive interaction between all participants. It constitutes a
valuable opportunity not only for knowledge exchange but also for fruitful
collaborations between scientists, researchers, faculty, students as well as
other professionals from all over India concerned with the application of
technology in all engineering fields.

Kumaraguru College of Technology started in 1984 under the
auspices of Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation, a charitable educational trust of
Sakthi Group is an autonomous, self-financing engineering college, affiliated
to Anna University. It is furnished with excellent facilities such as spacious
classrooms, seminar halls, well-equipped laboratories, excellent sporting
amenities, dedicated high-speed internet connectivity (broadband) and
well-qualified faculty.
Kumaraguru College of Technology offers 13 under-graduate and 14 post-graduate programmes. All the courses have the approval of AICTE and the eligible UG programs have also been accredited by NBA. In addition, KCT has also been accredited by NAAC of the UGC. ISO 9001:2008 certification further confirms the Institution’s commitment to educational quality. 9 academic Departments have been recognized as Research centers by Anna University. It also gained recognition for its uniquely tailored Management education programmes.
